What is Suplait? How do you help providers?

We are a startup that makes shopping between companies easier.

We digitize the purchasing areas of companies, connecting them to a network of thousands of suppliers so that they can find offers faster on the same platform.We help to centralize, digitize and automate all your purchasing processes. In addition, we allow you to save +8 hrs. weekly in administrative and management tasks.

How does Suplait work?

As a supplier you will receive emails with purchasing processes that might interest you, you can upload your quote online and the platform will inform you if you were selected or not by the purchasing company. We open the possibilities to sell more.

Do you charge commission to suppliers?

No, we charge 0% commission to providers. Our business model is like a SaaS for the buying companies.

What requirements must I meet to be a supplier?

You must be a legally constituted company. Get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the registration process.

How can I participate in your purchasing processes?

To participate you must be a Suplait supplier and you will receive purchase processes in which you could participate.

How do I apply to be a supplier?

At the moment Suplait is in a closed Beta period, however you can apply to be one of our providers by sending an email to [email protected].

How do I know that I won or lost a purchase process?

It is very simple. You will be notified by email if you were selected or not by the buying company.

I want to send an offer to your buyers, how can I do it?

You can send us your proposal by email to [email protected]. Then we make a selection of the most striking offers to be part of the monthly newsletter that we send to our buying companies.

I was invited to a purchasing process, but where do I make a query?

To make inquiries about the purchasing process to which you were invited, you must press the "Make a query" button in the informative email. It will redirect you to the inquiries section of that specific purchasing process.

I need the data of the buying company, where can I get it?

You can see the company data by entering the link of the purchase process in the email that is sent to you when you have been selected or invited as a supplier.

I receive emails about products that I do not sell, what can I do?

You can send us the categories of products you sell and we will recategorize you. In any case, sometimes purchase processes for products that you do not have may continue to arrive, what we recommend is that you participate in the processes that are appropriate to your company and the others just do not participate.

I don't want to receive more emails, how do I do it?

You can send us an email to [email protected] requesting the withdrawal from our platform and we will eliminate you from our database without any problem.

I am considering becoming a Suplait customer, what can I do?

I can't quote, what can I do?

Don't worry, write to us via Suplait messaging if you can't access our platform. Reply to the conversation thread generated from the purchase process and we will solve the problem or mention the reason why you cannot perform that action.
